At Empire Holdings, we take pride in recognizing individuals who contribute to our community’s development and safety. We are thrilled to highlight the winner of The Real Estate Council’s Excellence Award: Senior Fire Protection Engineer Bob Morgan of the Fort Worth Fire Department. 

Bob Morgan, originally from Comanche, Texas, and a Texas A&M Mechanical Engineer graduate, has been an integral part of the Fort Worth Fire Department for over 20 years. His expertise in fire protection and mechanical engineering paired with his involvement in various technical committees and associations shows his dedication to the Fort Worth community. 

 

Bob’s contributions extend beyond his professional duties, as he serves on committees with the National Fire Protection Association and the North Central Texas Council of Governments, where he chairs the Fire Advisory Board. He is also a past president of the Fire Prevention Association of North Texas and the DFW chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers. Notably, he has been repeatedly appointed by the governor as a Commissioner on the Texas Fire Protection Commission, overseeing fire safety for the state. 

 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bob is deeply committed to his community. His prompt communication and collaborative approach prove he is a trusted partner in resolving conflicts and finding safe solutions, making him an asset to Fort Worth’s commercial real estate industry and the city as a whole.
