Skidabrader was looking for the perfect space to relocate its corporate offices from California to Texas. Empire Holdings worked with the Skidabrader team to customize, and transform the building to their needs. Since moving here we are already working on secondary space.

Fonroche Lighting America

Fonroche Lighting America, a French-based company was looking to expand into the United States. After searching around the DFW area, they discovered Empire Holdings and were able to create a space that fit their business operations. This significant milestone represents Fonroche Lighting America’s third location in the United States, signifying their commitment to growth and success in the American market.

Astro Pak was looking for a space to better serve its Midwest territory, as well as house their 10-ton crane used for maneuvering large tanks in their warehouse.
